Frequently Asked Questions
What is hormone coaching?
Hormone coaching is a personalized, education-based approach that helps women understand their cycles, identify signs of hormone imbalance, and build sustainable lifestyle habits that support whole-body wellness.

What does cycle education include?
Cycle education covers the four phases of the menstrual cycle, hormonal patterns, ovulation, cervical fluid, and how to track and interpret these biomarkers. You’ll learn how your cycle works, why it matters, and how to live in alignment with it.

Do you teach cycle charting?
Yes. As a FEMM Charting Instructor, I teach you how to accurately chart your cycle and use it as a “vital sign” for understanding your hormone health and fertility.
